At Roofer Resource, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because we sell both digital and physical items, our refund policy varies depending on what you purchased.
Digital Products (No Refunds)
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Xactimate macros (individual macros and macro bundles)
- Xactimate templates
- Digital guides (e.g., Nebraska Roof Supplement Guide)
- Any other downloadable or electronically delivered product
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase is completed. We encourage you to review product descriptions, screenshots, and any available previews carefully before purchasing.
Having trouble with a digital product? If you experience a technical issue—such as a corrupted file or a download error—please contact us at our contact page and we'll make it right.
Physical Products (30-Day Return Window)
We offer a 30-day return window on all physical products, including desk mats, mouse pads, and any other tangible items shipped to you.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
- You must provide your order number when initiating the return.
How to initiate a return:
- Visit our Contact page and let us know your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Items that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you—just reach out to us with a photo of the issue.
- Bundles that include both digital and physical products: only the physical portion of the bundle is eligible for return. The digital portion remains non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
- Digital products: Because delivery is instant, orders cannot be cancelled after purchase.
- Physical products: If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the item has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once an item has shipped, the standard 30-day return policy applies.
